I started watching Bones I think it was sometime last year. It's just on all the time on TNT, and I got interested in all the team's relationships. I think that's why I watch most shows, for their relationships—friendship, love, family. Anyway, probably because of the basketball season interrupting the regular TV schedule lately, now that basketball is dying down, TNT has been showing marathons of Bones the past few days. I love it!
Today I got to watch an episode that I kept only catching the second half of each time it was on. It's the one where Brennan (whom Booth calls Bones because she's all about bones) and Hodgins are buried alive in a car. So before Brennan got captured, she and Booth and Angela were talking about the Grave Digger, this serial killer who buries people alive for ransom money. Brennan had previously compared the Grave Digger to God, in that he lays down the rules and you can't question him or negotiate with him. So when they discovered that the Grave Digger had made a mistake in his last killing, Booth said, "It was a mistake. The Grave Digger is not God, Bones, because God does not make mistakes." To which Angela said, "Hmm. I don’t know. Putting testicles on the outside—didn’t seem like such a good idea."
Hahaha... sigh... testicle humor—a nice way to start the holiday weekend.
Have a great one, everybody!
