The energies in my home have been shifting. I first noticed it one night several months ago when I stayed up till one o'clock in the morning cleaning my refrigerator. And then gradually in the months that followed, I started cleaning and keeping clean different areas and rooms in the house. And it's not drudgery, I actually feel compelled to do it, and it feels nice and not hard at all maintaining it every few days.
One thing that I've noticed that's really helpful is smoking the house before cleaning it. I do it with a stick of incense and I just walk around holding the incense to every space that I'm guided to and a bowl in my other hand to catch the ashes. It clears up the old energies that collect cobwebs and dust and clutter, so the space is easier to clean and stays clean. Plus it's fun—I get to walk around and say hi to my house and have conversations with it and give it a smoke here and there.
One of the places I cleared out was the front room. I have my
pink chair there now, and I sit there every morning with my feet in the sunlight, while I drink my hot water and listen to
Abraham. Sometimes I read books there, or knit, or open up my foldable dining table and have lunch there. It's become one of my favorite spaces in the home.
I've had moments recently where I'm lying in bed and totally loving my home. I can feel me changing and I can feel it and see it changing with me, and I'm excited for myself, for this future that's coming.
I trust that eventually as the energies continue to shift and clear, that the entire home will have this sort of order and flow to it.
